Job summary

Syniti is hiring a Lead Data Migration Consultant to manage a team delivering data projects for global clients. You will oversee workshops, gather requirements, build conversion objects, and drive design, build and deployment to maximize customer value using the Syniti Data Migration platform.

After initial training, you will lead a team, ensure adherence to migration methodologies, develop data loads, and mentor junior colleagues while collaborating with customer resources and on-site

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in Computer Science (or other technology related field).
• Experience in ETL / Data Migration / Data Quality / Data Analysis.
• Experience managing resources to deliver a collective goal/responsibility.
• Functional ERP experience. Project experience across multiple ERP implementations.
• Database experience - SQL Server, Oracle etc.
• Customer facing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel according to project requirements up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Syniti’s tools, working to prescribed development standards.
• All consultants will be expected to obtain the relevant Syniti Certification after an initial training period.
• Manage a small team of data migration consultants to meet project plans.
• Develop data migration rules and reports in Syniti’s tools as per specifications.
• Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
• Support and mentor junior colleagues.
