Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee is seeking a Data Architect & Fabric Platform Lead to define enterprise data architecture and govern the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem. You will lead data engineering, platform modernization, governance, and solution design to support reporting, analytics, AI, and business decision-making.

You will mentor teams, establish standards, drive modernization, and partner with business and tech leaders to deliver scalable data solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in data architecture, engineering, BI or related.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud data platforms.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Expert knowledge of Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse, and data governance.

Responsabilidades

• Own the data architecture roadmap and Fabric platform strategy.
• Translate requirements into scalable target architectures and roadmaps.
• Design and govern data pipelines, semantic models, and enterprise data products.
• Implement CI/CD and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data solutions with enterprise standards.
• Mentor technical resources and lead architecture reviews.
