Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee is seeking a Data Architect & Fabric Platform Lead to define enterprise data architecture and govern the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem. You will lead modernization, mentor teams, and partner with business and technology groups to deliver scalable data solutions.

The role focuses on strategic design for OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and AI-ready data foundations, with emphasis on governance, performance, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise data architecture roadmap and Microsoft Fabric platform strategy.
• Translate business requirements into scalable target-state architectures, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Design and govern OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Medallion Architecture, Data Pipelines, Semantic Models, and enterprise data products.
• Architect and support enterprise data platforms enabling reporting, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Define and implement CI/CD, deployment automation, source control, and environment management using Azure DevOps and Fabric deployment capabilities.
• Establish data engineering standards, governance, and best practices across BI.
• Define data quality, security, metadata, lineage, and lifecycle management standards.
• Manage Fabric and Azure utilization, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and cloud cost optimization.
