Job Title: Lead Conversion Specialist. Location: Full-time, In-office (Brossard, QC) with primary focus on the US market. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours.

Specifically supporting the expansion of our US market.

Position Overview

As a Lead Conversion Specialist, you will play a key role in our revenue growth by engaging qualified leads, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the conversion process. You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to maximize pipeline efficiency and ensure a seamless handoff from interest to purchase. In this role you will also help grow our US market presence, building long-term relationships that drive sustainable success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with inbound leads to understand their pain points, business needs, and fit with our solutions.
  • Qualify leads and nurture them through email, phone, and product demos to move them toward conversion.
  • Partner with the Sales team to ensure smooth handoff of high-value opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize conversion metrics to consistently improve performance.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and status updates in CRM.
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities when applicable.
  • Act as the first impression of the company, representing our values and brand with professionalism.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS, sales development, inside sales, or customer success with a strong focus on lead conversion.
  • Proven track record of exceeding conversion or sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales automation platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and pivot strategies.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
