Job summary

SiriusXM Canada is seeking a Content Producer to create, develop and produce live and pre-recorded Talk programming, features and special events, while contributing to scheduling and coordination.

You will work with on-air talent and technical producers, plan and edit content with industry tools, coordinate guests, craft scripts, contribute to social media planning and ensure timely delivery under dynamic deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of a post-secondary broadcasting arts program, media, or related studies.
• Demonstrated experience in live and pre-recorded broadcast production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and evaluate programming and content for Talk programming.
• Work with on-air talent and technical producers to monitor and improve programming.
• Edit audio to meet production standards and assemble content.
• Coordinate guests for in-studio and remote broadcasts and write scripts.
• Contribute to social media ideas and planning; prepare status updates.
• Respond to malfunctions and coordinate content across platforms.
