Job summary

• 7+ years of progressive experience in consumer insights, market research, or related fields.
• MBA or equivalent business degree preferred.
• Experience leading a small team and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of consumer insights initiatives to guide strategy.
• Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, eCommerce, and Supply Chain to translate insights into actions.
• Manage annual/monthly budget for Consumer Insights and oversee vendors/partners.
• Communicate insights to senior leaders and support data-informed decisions.
