Job summary

Infosys seeks a highly experienced Lead o9 Supply Planning Consultant to join our Canada delivery team in Mississauga. The role requires at least 9 years in supply chain solutions and 3+ years with o9 Solutions, leading configurations, UI design, and report development.

You will mentor a team of o9 Configuration Consultants, collaborate with Client Success, and help optimize performance, workflows, and user experiences while traveling as needed.

Job description

Infosys is seekingahighly experienced Lead o9 supply planning Consultant with a strong background in supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 9 years of overall experience in supply chain solutions and at least 3 years of hands‑on experience with o9 Solutions. This role involves planning configurations, workflow modeling, UI design, action buttons, procedures, solver performance tuning, report design, user stories refinement, and assisting Client Success teams in solving complex production issues. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of o9 Configuration Consultants.

Required Skills

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

  • Optimize solver performance for better results and faster processing times, ensuring that the system operates at peak efficiency.
  • Create comprehensive and insightful reports for stakeholders, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with teams to refine user stories and ensure they align with business needs, working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
  • Provide support to Client Success teams to resolve complex production issues, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to o9 Solutions.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to o9 Solutions, ensuring that any problems are quickly identified and resolved.
  • Manage and lead a team of o9 Configuration Consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Oversee the team's work to ensure quality and consistency in o9 Solutions implementations and configurations.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting role.
• Knowledge of additional supply chain management software.
• Certification in o9 Solutions or related fields.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be Ontario: $96620 to $109129
