Job summary

Ubisoft in Montreal is seeking an Associate Manager, Community Team, to oversee a team of Community Managers across an assigned portfolio of games. You will drive daily operations, guide performance, and implement process improvements.

You will coach, develop, and align with Social Media and Player Support partners, fostering a collaborative, player-focused culture to tell our game stories.

Qualifications

• Intermediate experience in community management or similar role.
• People management experience with a track record of leading diverse, distributed teams a plus.
• Familiar with social media channels, live streams, and YouTube.
• Experience in the video games industry a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Community Managers for an assigned portfolio.
• Provide guidance on process improvements and performance expectations.
• Coach team members and deliver growth and training plans.
• Drive innovation and a solution-driven mindset for autonomy and growth.
• Develop and maintain best practices for player community engagement and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Social Media, Player Support and Frontline teams to align standards.
