Job summary

Nelson Education Ltd. is seeking a provincially certified educator to lead classroom success initiatives and manage the Edwin Academy operations. You will train educators, coordinate freelancers, and design professional learning resources to support nationwide classroom excellence.

Reporting to the Teaching & Learning Manager, you will oversee live sessions, develop resources, and drive teacher engagement across the GTA and beyond, ensuring alignment with Nelson’s mission to empower learners.

Qualifications

• Ontario Certified Teacher
• Prior experience training, mentoring, or coordinating other educators or freelancers is an asset.
• Exemplary presentation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of the Edwin Academy, including live session scheduling and on‑demand support triage.
• Lead trainer for all Edwin Educators, delivering training on Edwin and assessment platforms.
• Deliver and facilitate training sessions on Edwin, easyCBM, CCAT, and other platforms, including virtual and in‑person sessions.
• Source, train, and manage freelance Classroom Success Educators and schedule them.
