Job summary

onsemi is seeking a self-driven CIM Engineer for Burlington Operations to sustain and enhance complex computerized manufacturing systems. You will analyze, design, develop, integrate, and test new systems while improving existing ones used by manufacturing and business teams.

You will collaborate with IT and business partners to deliver innovative solutions for semiconductor production, ensuring GMP/FDA compliance and leading cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related engineering/technical field.
6+ years in a manufacturing environment.
Strong SQL and relational database skills.
Familiar with software development/operations/integration methodologies and best practices.
Able to manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects with diverse resources.
Excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

Independently organize and complete multiple assignments with challenging timelines.
Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors.
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Develop and deliver solutions focusing on sustainability and optimization of existing applications.
Lead project teams and provide effective user support and documentation.
Ensure GMP, FDA, and other regulatory standards in system configuration and validation.
Support MES integration with ERP, LIMS, SCADA, and other manufacturing systems.
Troubleshoot MES-related issues with minimal disruption to manufacturing processes.
