Responsibilities

• Read shop drawings, CAD plans, and design specifications.
• Fabricate, assemble, and finish premium cabinetry, millwork, exhibits, and specialty components.
• Lead by example and mentor cabinet makers and shop assistants.
• Review progress and troubleshoot fabrication and construction challenges.
• Collaborate with the Shop Foreman, Production Manager, Project Managers, and Detailing team to keep projects moving.
