Join us and help shape the next chapter of our growth.

We embrace diverse perspectives, encourage entrepreneurial thinking, and empower team members to make a meaningful impact. Through formal training and opportunities to take on unique and challenging work, our employees are encouraged to take initiative, create value, and contribute to building exceptional communities across Canada.

The Opportunity

Latitude 50 Woodworking is a growing cabinetry manufacturer based in Regina, specializing in multi‑family residential developments, custom residential cabinetry, and commercial millwork.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Cabinet Installer / Project Lead who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and is ready to take ownership of projects from start to finish. If you're a skilled installer with strong leadership abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, we'd love to hear from you. This is an opportunity for the right individual to expand their skills, take on greater responsibility, and play a key role in our growing company.

What makes this opportunity different?

This position offers the chance to move beyond traditional cabinet installation and become involved in the entire project process.

You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in manufacturing, project coordination, site management, and quality control while working with an experienced team and modern manufacturing equipment.

We're looking for someone who wants to build a long‑term career, not simply move from one installation job to the next.

What we offer…
  • Attractive compensation package that is competitive in the industry
  • Comprehensive benefits program comprising life, long‑term disability, and extended medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Registered retirement savings plan (RRSP) with a matching Deveraux‑funded deferred profit‑sharing plan (DPSP)
  • Transparent and rewarding workplace dedicated to supporting your professional development
What you bring…
  • Has strong experience in custom cabinet installation and millwork.
  • Understands cabinetry construction, layouts, and installation techniques.
  • Is confident reading architectural drawings and completing accurate site measurements.
  • Takes pride in delivering high‑quality work.
  • Is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
  • Has strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Wants to grow professionally and take on more responsibility.

Experience in cabinet manufacturing, shop operations, or project coordination would be an asset.

You will…

In this role, you'll be involved in all stages of a cabinetry project, including:

  • Site Measurements & Markouts: Visit job sites, complete accurate field measurements, establish cabinet layouts, and coordinate installation requirements.
  • Cabinet Manufacturing: Work alongside our production team to build and prepare cabinetry for installation.
  • Installation: Lead the installation of cabinetry and architectural millwork, ensuring quality workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Project Coordination: Help manage projects from initial measurements through installation, working with our shop team, designers, and site supervisors.
  • Quality Control & Deficiencies: Take ownership of final adjustments, deficiencies, and project completion to ensure our work meets Latitude 50’s standards.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential issues before they become problems and help develop practical solutions.
Additional Information

You must be legally eligible to work in Canada (e.g., be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or possess a valid work permit) and provide a satisfactory Criminal Background Check.
