Job summary

Coulson Aviation in Canada is seeking a Senior Structures Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – Team Leader to guide a skilled maintenance crew responsible for airframes and structural integrity across our fleet. You will lead toolbox talks, coordinate with flight operations, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while delivering timely maintenance.

You will mentor technicians, manage schedules and parts procurement, and drive continuous improvement in reliability and performance

Responsibilities

• Conduct morning toolbox meetings to ensure the team is prepared for the day, laying out plans and delegating tasks as needed
• Liaise with management to ensure projects are planned and executed as scheduled, anticipating potential issues, and preparing accordingly
• Ensure staff and other resources are available as needed, so the schedule is not compromised
• Order parts and consumables as required
