The Lead Behavior Therapist (LBT) is responsible for assisting the supervising Sr. Behaviour Consultant/Behaviour Analyst (BCBA/RBA) with the implementation of assessments, program development, and supervision of ABA treatment programs for youth and adults with dual-diagnosis, ASD, other developmental disabilities, or other learning and behaviour needs. The position also supports the supervision of the treatment team assigned to each client’s case to help ensure that Monarch House provides high-quality evidence-based services.
The Behavior Consultant (BC)/Lead Behavior Therapist (LBT) may also assist with the completion of client reports and other supervisory responsibilities as appropriate. At times, the LBT may also be responsible for the direct implementation of ABA programs with clients under the supervision of the Senior Behaviour Consultant/Behaviour Analyst (BCBA/RBA).
