Job summary

Zafin, an AI platform company, is seeking a Lead Functional Consultant to partner with global banks to transform pricing, billing, rates, and customer relationships using the Zafin SaaS platform.

You will lead client discovery workshops, translate business requirements into functional designs, configure banking products, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver successful implementations, SIT/UAT, and smooth client adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail, Corporate, or Commercial Banking and banking consulting.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable platform solutions.
• Proven track record in banking product, pricing, and core banking transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops and consulting engagements.
• Analyze business processes, identify opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs using the Zafin SaaS platform.
• Configure banking products, pricing, rates, fees, and business rules.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver successful implementations.
• Support SIT, UAT, production readiness, and client adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic banking advisor.
