Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume catering teams.
• Experience with bakery and production operations.
• Knowledge of global cuisines and menus.
• Familiarity with special diets (vegan, halal, gluten-free).
• Certified in food safety (Serve Safe) preferred; Red Seal preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and planning for catering events and commissary.
• Cook from scratch using local ingredients; drive profitability.
• Develop menus and recipes aligned with promotional themes.
• Set schedules for staff and recipes; ensure efficiency and safety.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards; manage communication among leadership.
