• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years as a technical leader driving cross-team projects.
• Deep expertise in building and scaling ad formats or similar content delivery systems.
• Excellent programming and system design skills for highly available, low-latency backend systems.
• AI-native approach, embedding AI practices into daily workflow.
• Product-minded with customer empathy and ability to translate problems into technical direction.
• Strong collaboration, mentorship, and leadership to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and end-to-end architecture for next-generation ad formats.
• Build automated systems for ad format serving, optimization, and A/B testing.
• Lay foundations for future formats with framework-level solutions.
• Conceptualize and prototype new ad format ideas based on market trends.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and other engineering teams.
• Raise the engineering bar across availability, scalability, and cost.
• Mentor and lead other engineers to foster technical excellence.
