Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Architect/Project Leader to join our Buildings team for Northern Canada. You will guide integrated design, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and lead client engagements from proposal to delivery, with field assessments and travel to Yellowknife/Whitehorse as needed.

The role requires a professional degree in Architecture, 5+ years of experience, and licensure or eligibility to become registered in Canada. Hybrid work is possible with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture with 5+ years of related work experience.
• Registered or eligible to register within one year as an Architect in Canada.
• LEED, PMP or related credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex tasks on large, multidisciplinary projects.
• Lead and mentor project teams and coordinate with owners/consultants.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
