Job summary

Stantec is seeking a seasoned architect with strong project leadership to oversee multi-disciplinary design efforts in Northern Canada. You will manage planning, budgets, schedules and deliverables while coordinating with owners, consultants and internal teams.

The role emphasizes building condition assessments, accessibility and northern construction methods. Hybrid work is considered, with relocation support for Yellowknife/Whitehorse/Iqaluit regions.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture with 5+ years of related experience.
• Registered or eligible for registration within 1 year as a Canadian Architect.
• LEED Green Associate/LEED AP or PMP/Contract Administration credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary architecture/engineering projects from planning to delivery.
• Develop integrated design proposals and building information models.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with owners, consultants and contractors.
