Job summary

CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a Lead Analyst, Continuous AI Risk Management Expert, to design and lead the enterprise-wide governance, security and risk management program for AI across the Corporation.

The role can be based in Montreal or Toronto and offers a hybrid work arrangement; you will collaborate with data protection, legal, compliance and enterprise architecture teams to address AI risk throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ IT security, data governance or technology risk management experience.
• Ability to design or implement AI risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience translating AI concepts into structured risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI risk assessment framework across AI lifecycle.
• Collaborate with data protection, legal, compliance and enterprise architecture teams.
• Maintain AI risk registry and classify AI systems by risk level.
• Conduct continuous model risk assessments for new AI use cases.
• Perform AI security testing including LLMs and adversarial testing.
• Assess third-party AI and SaaS solutions for security and privacy guarantees.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs/KRIs for governance committees.
