Job summary

Monarch House seeks a Supervised Lead Therapist and Float to assist the supervising BCBA/RBA with assessments, program development and supervision of ABA treatment for youth and adults with ASD and complex needs. The role covers clinic, home, and community settings across Ontario.

You will deliver assessments, implement individualized programming under BCBA/RBA guidance, monitor progress, document data, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based services.

Qualifications

• Experience with assessments and treatment of aggression and self-injury.
• Experience with Safety Care or Non-Violent crisis intervention.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Pursuing or possess a Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and deliver comprehensive ABA assessments and treatment sessions in clinic and community settings.
• Implement individualized client programming under BCBA/RBA direction while maintaining treatment integrity.
• Create a positive, safe, and engaging therapeutic environment.
• Monitor client progress by collecting and graphing data and maintaining records.
• Communicate progress and updates clearly with caregivers, BCBAs/RBAs, and care team.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports within timelines.
• Participate in client-centred team meetings to review progress and adjust plans.
• Demonstrate therapy strategies to families and professionals as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure client-centred care across settings.
