Job summary

Rivercity Inclusion seeks a Behaviour Analyst to support Dogwood Place Child & Youth Development Centre. You will collaborate with families and staff, design behavior support plans and coach teams to implement inclusive strategies for children with developmental challenges.

The role requires clinical training in PBS/ABA, BACB certification, and at least two years’ experience with children and families. This on-site position emphasizes teamwork across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

  • Requires a Master’s degree in a related field (psychology, education, social work, child/youth care, early childhood).
  • Specialized clinical training in Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) and/or Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
  • Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required.
  • Minimum two years’ experience working with children and 2000 hours with autism/developmental disabilities and families.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with families, staff and partners to develop evidence-informed behavior support strategies.
  • Delivers consultation, coaching and intervention within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Promotes child inclusion and skill development across home, school and community settings.

Job description

Permanent Part-Time
22 hours per week
Wednesday & Thursday 8:30am – 4:00pm
Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm
