Job summary

PFC Flexible Circuits Limited, a division of OSI Electronics, seeks an LDI Operator to load CAM outputs, image patterns on flex panels, and support lamination and cleaning tasks. Afternoon shift 4:00pm–12:30am includes a $0.75 per hour differential.

Responsibilities include verifying job data, recording production details, and ensuring quality throughout the process. Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience with LDI equipment or laminators, with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with flexible circuit or PCB manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Load CAM programs into the LDI machines and verify job details.
• Read shop travelers and verify prior operations and sign-offs.
• Record moves, quantities, and scrap in the production system.
• Set up HRL/SMVL laminators and verify resist lot.
• Perform chemical cleaning and conditioning per process specs.
• Operate developing process and check for quality issues.
• Report quality problems and participate in corrective actions.
• Duties may be updated as needed.
