Job summary

Owens Corning is looking for General Production Workers to join their Layup Team at the manufacturing plant in Chilliwack, BC. This role involves supporting the daily operations of door production, preparing materials, and operating machinery in a fast-paced environment.

All team members will be responsible for performing certain tasks to ensure efficient manufacturing processes. Training is provided, making this a great opportunity for those looking to start a new career in production.

The position is full-time with a competitive hourly wage of $22.00 plus additional nightshift premium.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• No experience required, training provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Maintains good attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, repetitive motion environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow daily production schedule to ensure correct builds.
• Feed required door components through glue spreader.
• Attend Tier 1 Meeting and complete daily stretches.
