Oakridge Landscape Contractors in Hamilton, ON, is hiring a Lawn Maintenance Lead Hand to help our crew keep properties looking top-notch. You’ll support the foreperson, lead 3-5 landscapers, and work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

We’ve been turning outdoor spaces into works of art for over 30 years across Southern Ontario. The role offers steady pay and opportunities to grow with a supportive team, with benefits after probation and possible training for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Valid G license and clean driver’s abstract.
• Crew leadership experience with 3–5 people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work full days; some Saturdays may be needed.
• Bonus: willing to train the right go-getter.

Responsibilities

• Support foreperson in leading a crew of 3-5 landscapers.
• Mow, trim, rake, edge, weed, and prune to keep properties looking top-notch.
• Occasionally drive a company pickup truck with trailer.
