This role requires physical stamina and the ability to manage various landscaping tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Valid 'G' Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
• 5+ years of field experience and 3+ years of crew management experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job description

We're Hiring: Lawn Maintenance Foreperson.

Location: Hamilton, ON.
Pay: $28 - $33 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew of 3-5 people, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Perform lawn and landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, pruning, flower bed maintenance, pulling weeds, raking, and general clean-up.
• Safely drive and operate a company truck and trailer to transport equipment and materials.
• Monitor job site progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Communicate with clients and supervisors to ensure expectations are met.

Job Requirements:

• Valid "G" Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
• 5+ years of field experience and 3+ years of crew management experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Willingness to work long hours and Saturdays as needed.
