Job Title: Ventrac Operator Foreperson
Location: 340 Regional Road 20, Hannon, ON

Are you skilled with equipment and ready to take charge? Oakridge Landscape Contractors is looking for a hands-on, motivated Ventrac Operator Foreperson to help us shape and maintain high-quality outdoor spaces across Southern Ontario.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Ventrac tractor for mowing, grading, and property maintenance
• Lead and motivate a small crew (2–5 team members) to deliver top-tier results
• Perform tasks like trimming, weed removal, and general upkeep
• Complete daily equipment checks and flag any issues early
• Enforce safety standards and ensure proper PPE is used
• Keep job sites tidy, organized, and professional at all times

What You Bring to the Team:

• A valid G-class Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Hands-on experience with tractors or Ventrac equipment (or a strong interest in learning)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• A self-starter mindset and ability to work independently
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work extended hours, including some Saturdays when needed
