Weed Man Alberta is seeking a Lawn Care Worker (Seasonal) to join our team in Edmonton. The role involves applying fertilizer and weed control, generating leads, and providing lawn care estimates to potential clients.

No experience is required, and we offer flexible scheduling, a company vehicle and tools, and opportunities for growth into supervision or management for strong performers.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years driving experience.
General Labour experience: 1+ year.
Class 5 Licence is required.
Customer service experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Multitasking and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

Apply fertilizer and weed control that are safe and government approved.
Sales & Marketing: generate truck leads.
Outdoor lead generation by providing free lawn care estimates.
Analyze and provide recommendations to improve a customers lawn.
Maintain expected production schedule.
Complete paperwork with accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer service to customers.
Maintain cleanliness of assigned truck and equipment.
Maintain a professional personal appearance.

As a Lawn Care Worker (Seasonal), you will carry out duties such as:

Applications offertilizer and weed control that are safe for use and government approved.
Sales & Marketing opportunities by generating“truck leads”
Outdoor lead generation for prospective clients by providing free lawn care estimates
Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customers' lawn.
Maintain expected production schedule
Completion of paperwork with accuracy
Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
Maintain the cleanliness of assigned truck and equipment.
Maintain a professional personal appearance.
