Smiling Lawn Inc. is hiring experienced Lawn Care Technicians for the 2025 season. We're a fast-growing landscaping company based in Mississauga, and we’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work.

Position Details

• Position: Lawn Care Technician (Residential & Commercial)
• Pay: $19–$22/hour (depending on experience)
• Hours: Full-time or part-time
• Start: ASAP
• Location: Based in Mississauga; work throughout Mississauga and nearby cities

Job Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns using commercial mowers
• Trimming/edging with string trimmers
• Blowing off walkways and hard surfaces
• Performing seasonal services like aeration, fertilizing, and overseeding
• Minor equipment maintenance (e.g., refueling, blade cleaning)
• Loading and unloading tools/equipment
• Providing clean, efficient, and respectful service at every job site

Requirements

• Minimum 1 full season of lawn care or landscaping experience
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required
• Legally able to work in Canada
