What Will You Do?

As a Law Clerk, you will be an integral part of the legal team, providing comprehensive support in the execution and management of legal and franchise agreements, as well as franchisee resale and renewal transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, edit, and proofread franchise and legal documents including disclosure documents and franchise agreements
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation and manage legal disclosure processes for new franchise candidates
  • Oversee franchise resale / transfer transactions, including condition satisfaction, inter-departmental liaison, lease summaries, and document execution
  • Manage franchise agreement renewals by liaising with departments, preparing legal documentation, and overseeing execution
  • Organize and maintain digital / physical legal files and correspondence
  • Attend cross-departmental meetings and status calls
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of all legal agreements
  • Perform other legal administrative duties as required

What Do You Bring?
