Responsibilities

• Help with deliveries, pickups, or guest laundry requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized laundry room and follow safety procedures.
• Bring energy and reliability to every shift and participate in daily huddles.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

As a Laundry Attendant, you’re a driving force for clean comfort and crew support—making sure linens, towels, and back-of-house items are fresh, folded, and ready to roll. You’ll manage the laundry flow and keep our workspaces spotless, setting the tone for the high-energy Moxy experience from the laundry room out.

WHO YOU ARE:

Experience

• Previous laundry/housekeeping experience helpful but not required
• Detail-oriented, upbeat, and self-motivated

Preferred Extras:

• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Familiarity with laundry equipment and cleaning products
• Bilingual (French/English) an asset
• Team mindset and clear communicator

Physical Requirements:

• On your feet for most of your shift, moving, lifting, bending, and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in warm or humid environments and performing repetitive tasks

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens and towels according to Moxy standards
• Deliver clean linens and towels to the right places, always on time
• Monitor laundry supplies and machines – restocking, cleaning, and reporting issues as they arise

Support the Crew:

• Connect with Room Attendants and Housepersons to make sure they are stocked and ready to go
• Jump in to help with deliveries, pick-ups, or guest laundry requests
• Respond to crew needs with genuine warmth and hustle

• Maintain a clean, organized laundry room and storage spaces
• Follow safety guidelines and equipment procedures-keeping you and your crew safe and efficient
