Overview: The House Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, ironing, folding, and distributing linens, towels, napkins, and tablecloths.

Responsibilities:

1. Attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior towards guests, managers, and colleagues.
2. Operate washing machines and dryers.
3. Load and unload laundry according to standards.
4. Wash and dry all linens and towels.
5. Sort linens by type, color, size, etc.
6. Pre-treat stained linens before washing.
7. Clean dryer filters daily and maintain equipment.
8. Operate irons and ensure they are shut off after use.
9. Clean laundry floors and store linens properly.
10. Fold towels and linens neatly.
11. Sort and load clean laundry onto carts.
12. Keep laundry carts and work area clean.
13. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Flexibility for long hours as needed.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift.
• Maintain regular attendance and personal grooming standards.
• Follow hotel safety and operational regulations.
