Key Responsibilities

1. Provide high-quality service to guests and staff.
2. Wash, dry, and fold linens and towels.
3. Properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment.
4. Maintain laundry equipment and supplies.
5. Assist with linen inventory.
6. Keep laundry and storage areas clean and organized.
7. Deliver linens and assist with room cleaning as needed.
8. Handle guest requests courteously.
9. Report equipment or linen issues.
10. Follow safety procedures and emergency protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar environment.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude and guest-focused approach.
• Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periods.
