You will operate a refrigerated delivery vehicle, manage multi-stop routes, and maintain cold-chain standards while delivering professional service.

You will use mobile apps for proof of delivery, report issues promptly, perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, and coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery

Job Summary

Cool Dispatch is hiring a full-time Last Mile Delivery Driver to complete local deliveries throughout the Lower Mainland (e.g., Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Delta, Coquitlam, and surrounding areas). You will operate a refrigerated delivery vehicle, perform multi-stop routes, and represent Cool Dispatch professionally at customer locations while maintaining cold-chain standards and accurate delivery documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a refrigerated delivery vehicle on assigned routes throughout the Lower Mainland.


• Complete multi-stop deliveries and pickups efficiently while meeting scheduled delivery windows.


• Maintain cold-chain integrity by following temperature-control procedures and handling products properly.


• Load, secure, and unload product safely, including repetitive lifting and use of hand carts/pallet jacks as required.


• Use mobile devices/apps for navigation, proof of delivery, scanning, and delivery notes; report issues promptly.


• Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; report defects, incidents, and maintenance needs.


• Provide excellent customer service at delivery sites and communicate clearly with dispatch regarding delays, changes, or exceptions.


• Follow company policies and applicable regulations related to driving, safety, and workplace conduct.
