Job summary

Cool Dispatch is seeking an dependable Delivery Driver for Mainland operations. You will be the face of the company, responsible for safe, on-time deliveries of temperature-sensitive goods across the Lower Mainland.

A proactive problem-solver who ensures cold chain integrity and excellent customer service is ideal. Responsibilities include operating refrigerated vans, monitoring temperatures, following optimized routes, loading/unloading cargo, using digital dispatch tools, and maintaining

Qualifications

• BC Class 5 license with clean driving record.
• Delivery/courier or refrigerated transport experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using GPS and digital dispatch tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated vans or light trucks to deliver across the Lower Mainland.
• Maintain proper temperature control for cold-chain goods.
• Follow optimized delivery schedules and use local knowledge to navigate.
• Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers during every interaction.
• Capture proof of delivery and update statuses in real time.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
