Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Laser Welder to join our growing team in the doors and windows manufacturing industry. This role involves precision laser welding of aluminum window frames, followed by grinding and finishing work to ensure a high-quality product. This is a great opportunity for welders looking to build a long-term career with potential for permanent hire.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate a laser welder to fabricate aluminum window frames to specification.
2. Alternate duties daily between welding and grinding down welds for smooth, clean finishes.
3. Inspect and ensure quality of welds and finishes.
4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
5. Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs as required.
