About the role:

We are seeking Language Specialists to help our clients explore the capabilities of Large Language Models. This role is ideal for writers and linguists who want to shape the future of generative AI.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Creating training datasets for AI models to enhance accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice.
2. Annotating data to align AI models with human values.
3. Analyzing and refining grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated and AI-generated text.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve AI models.
5. Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training.
6. Adapting to dynamic environments and shifting priorities.
7. Meeting target KPIs, including job count and production hours.

What we need you to bring:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (completed), with a preference in fields like Biology, Computer Science, or Psychology; Master's or PhD preferred.
2. Language proficiency (CEFR C1 level or equivalent) in English and German.
3. Excellent writing skills and a strong understanding of grammar and syntax.
4. Ability to edit and enhance technical communication.
5. Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
6. Well-developed internet research skills.
7. Ability to work within diverse teams and adapt to evolving guidelines.
