Job summary

Wage: $37.50/hour; salary increases as per company policy

Job requirements:

Duties:

• Organize, plan, and supervise daily job site activities for a crew, ensuring projects meet design specifications and timelines.
• Perform and oversee installation of hardscape (patios, walls) and softscape (sod, trees, shrubs, lighting).
• Train, motivate, and supervise crew members; handle daily documentation, including timesheets, site reports, and safety paperwork between the company’s management and the workers.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and enforce strict Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) policies.
• Contribute to the farm’s overall success and reputation.
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
• May be required to safely operate and maintain machinery, such as loaders, excavators, and dump trucks with trailers.
• Winter duties include snow removal, pruning, maintenance, and shop work.
