Mainstreet Equity Corporation, a publicly traded real estate company, seeks a dependable Grounds Maintenance Worker for its properties in Canada. You will perform lawn care, snow removal, and outdoor cleaning, ensuring safe, presentable common areas managed by the company’s portfolio.

You should have landscaping experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and a valid AB Class 5 license; the role requires outdoor work in all weather and reliable time management.

Formación

• Experience in landscaping / ground maintenance.
• Must possess AB Class 5 driver license.
• Able to work outside in all weather.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Able to use snow blowers, landscaping equipment.

Responsabilidades

• General lawn care including planting, hedging, pruning, weeding, mowing, trimming, fertilizing, watering.
• Spring and fall clean-up
• Snow removal, clear snow away from steps, sidewalks, parking lots and entrances of the buildings
• Spread salt on ice, ensure outside areas are not hazardous or slippery
• Removing furniture and left items from the suites when required
• Garbage pick-up and removal from sites and vacant suites indoor and outdoor
• Clean up all gravels from parking lot
• Make sure all machines and equipment are well maintained
• Clean up storage rooms when required
• Other related duties as assigned by manager

The Company

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• General lawn care including planting, hedging, pruning, weeding, mowing, trimming, fertilizing, watering
• Spring and fall clean-up
