Job summary

Brandt Developments Ltd is seeking motivated individuals to join our outdoor maintenance team. This role focuses on turf care, pruning, planting, and general property upkeep across residential, commercial, and golf course properties from April through October 2026.

Ideal candidates are dependable, physically capable, and able to work well in a team under varying weather conditions. Some Saturdays may be required, with opportunities for advancement and training provided.

Qualifications

• Outdoor work experience preferred, physically able to lift and perform manual labor.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, weed and prune landscapes.
• Plant flowers and seasonal plants.
• Mulch, leaf cleanup, and debris removal.
• Maintain ponds and water features; operate landscaping tools safely.

What You Will Be Responsible For

We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and take pride in maintaining clean, well-kept landscapes. This role involves turf care, pruning, planting, and general property maintenance beginning in April, and continuing through October 2026.
This position involves maintaining residential, commercial and/or golf course properties to ensure clean, healthy, and attractive outdoor spaces.
The Ideal candidates are dependable, physically capable, and able to work efficiently as part of a team in varying weather conditions.

• Golf course and site maintenance including mowing, trimming, weeding
  Pruning shrubs and small trees
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and seasonal plants
• Leaf cleanup and debris removal
• Mulching and basic landscape upkeep
• Maintaining ponds and water features
• Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Following safety procedures and company standards

What we look for

• Previous landscaping, grounds maintenance, or golf course maintenance experience preferred (but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ambitious, self motivated and goal oriented
• Physically able to lift, bend, and perform manual labor
• Experience in operating landscaping tools and equipment
• Availability to work some Saturday's will be given priority
