# Landscape Maintenance Worker**Responsibilities:**· Able to work with a crew with minimal supervision – lawn cutting, cleanup, shrub trimming, etc.· Knowledge of equipment used: lawn mower, ride on mower, backpack blower, hedge trimmer, line trimmer, etc· Actively participate in training and committed to on-going learning of safety practices· Use Personal Protective Equipment and demonstrate hazard awareness at all times. Snow shoveling and salting in the winter· **Requirements**· Minimum 1 year of experience in Landscaping and snow removal· Desire to work and learn in the industry· Good communication skills· Strong work ethic – reliable and punctual· Proven organizational skills and self-accountability· Ability to be a visible team-player and have excellent interpersonal skills· Critical thinking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment· Have a flexible team-player attitude· Presentable and professional at all times· Good work ethic, punctual and dependableHourly rate based on experience.
