Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 ans d'expérience en entretien paysager ou maintenance de propriété.
• Capacité à conduire un camion et une remorque.
• Capacité à soulever jusqu'à 50 lbs et à effectuer des activités physiques.

Responsibilities

• Planification et exécution réussies des opérations de paysage au quotidien.
• Supervision de l'exécution des conceptions paysagères et construction.
• Rapporter les défauts de véhicules et matériaux défectueux au Responsable des opérations.

Job Duties :

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in landscaping or property maintenance.
• Minimum 1 year experience leading a crew of 4-5 people.
• Responsible for successful short-term (day-to-day) planning, efficient execution, and keeping operations managers informed of decisions.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, or damage to vehicles/equipment.
• Report defective materials and any unusual situations to the Operations Manager.
• Oversee the execution of landscape design, planning, and supervise construction of landscapes, gardens, etc.
• Follow building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other ordinances.
• Able to perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning daily.
• Experience working with contractors and an awareness of the construction process.
• Demonstrated knowledge of codes relevant to the geographical area of operation.
• Able to apply mathematical methods and formulas to problem-solving.
• A willingness to learn, demonstrate initiative, and make decisions based on sound judgment.
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical activities like climbing, bending, and digging.
• Comply with all company policies and regulations.
