Job Duties :

1. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in landscaping or property maintenance.
2. Minimum 1 year experience leading a crew of 4-5 people.
3. Responsible for successful short-term (day-to-day) planning, efficient execution, and keeping operations managers informed of decisions.
4. Report vehicle defects, accidents, or damage to vehicles/equipment.
5. Report defective materials and any unusual situations to the Operations Manager.
6. Oversee the execution of the design, plan, and supervise the construction of landscapes, gardens, etc.
7. Follow building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other ordinances.
8. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning daily.
9. Experience working with contractors and an awareness of the construction process.
10. Demonstrated knowledge of codes relevant to the geographical area of operation.
11. Apply appropriate mathematical methods and formulas to problem-solving.
12. Show willingness to learn, demonstrate initiative, and make decisions based on sound judgment.
13. Ability to drive a truck and trailer.
14. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, dig, etc.
15. Comply with all company policies and regulations.
