Job summary

Park Landscaping Ltd. is seeking Landscape Construction Leadership professionals to join our Edmonton crew on full-time projects across residential and commercial sites.

As Lead Hand or Foreman, you will translate drawings into on-site builds, mentor crew, uphold OH&S, and ensure safe, high-quality results with reliable scheduling and equipment coordination. This role includes winter snow and ice management planning and a signing bonus with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of landscape construction experience with demonstrated crew leadership.
• Ability to read and interpret complex landscape drawings and specs.
• Strong understanding of OH&S requirements and site safety practices.
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License and reliable vehicle access.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate on-site execution, managing daily task sequencing and coaching crews.
• Translate blueprints and elevations into actionable tasks with accurate site layouts.
• Ensure high-quality installation and perform ongoing site inspections for deficiencies.
• Coordinate resources, equipment, and production progress within project budgets.
• Promote safety and conduct daily tailgate meetings in compliance with OH&S.
• Participate in winter snow and ice management planning and operations.
