Job summary

Jones Outdoor Living is seeking a skilled landscape construction Foreman to lead on-site teams and coordinate daily project activities with designers and Project Managers. You will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include reading plans, supervising crews, monitoring progress, and enforcing safety and quality standards while using LMN and Dext for communication and tracking.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced landscape construction Foreman to join the Jones Outdoor Living team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for construction and coordinating the daily activities of our projects. You will work with a designer and/or Project Manager and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Duties:

• Read and interpret construction plans
• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews
• Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with Project Manager to develop project schedules and budgets
• Utilize construction management software, such as LMN & Dext, to track project details and communicate with team members
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control standards are met
• Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:
