As a Construction Foreman, you will oversee daily operations of landscape and earthworks construction projects, supervise field staff and heavy equipment, ensure all work adheres to client scope and site specifications, and maintain project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Landscape Construction/Earthworks Foreman
• Experience operating heavy equipment including skid steers, excavators, and loaders
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract
• Ability to read blueprints and architectural drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Background in Horticulture considered an asset
