TULLOCH in Sudbury, Ontario, is seeking a Land Use Planner with 3–5 years of experience to lead development projects across northern and central Ontario and to guide applicants through the Planning Act process. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning, with OPPI membership preferred (eligible within 1 year).
Strong communication, negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD are required. A valid G license is desirable.

Based in Sudbury, the Land Use Planner will report to the Planning Manager and will have a wide range of duties on a variety of land use planning projects. This is a new position. The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $104,000 annually.
