Qualifications

  • Previous construction, industrial, or oilfield experience is an asset.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test including cannabis.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general labour duties on construction and industrial sites.
  • Assist operators, tradespeople, and other crew members with daily activities.
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and general maintenance.
  • Handle and connect hoses, slings, and other equipment as required.
  • Assist with spotting and positioning equipment.
  • Shovel, rake, and perform other manual labour as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow direction from supervisors and crew leads.
  • Follow all site safety procedures and requirements.
  • Work safely around heavy equipment, vehicles, and other site activities.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the project and crew.

  • Valid Class 5 Licence
  • UTV/Argo training or experience is a strong asset
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials and equipment.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test including cannabis
