Job summary

SITE Resource Group Limited Partnership (SRG) is recruiting Labourers for projects in Northern Alberta. You will support industrial, construction and oilfield activities, work outdoors in varying weather, and contribute to a safety‑driven crew.

Previous construction, industrial, or oilfield experience is an asset. Must pass a pre‑employment drug test, have a valid Class 5 licence, and be able to perform physically demanding work while lifting and moving materials.

Qualifications

• Previous construction, industrial, or oilfield experience is an asset.
• Valid Class 5 Licence
• UTV/Argo training or experience is a strong asset.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials and equipment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test including cannabis.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labour duties on construction and industrial sites.
• Assist operators, tradespeople, and other crew members with daily activities.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and general maintenance.
• Handle and connect hoses, slings, and other equipment as required.
• Assist with spotting and positioning equipment.
• Shovel, rake, and perform other manual labour as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow direction from supervisors and crew leads.
• Follow all site safety procedures and requirements.
• Work safely around heavy equipment, vehicles, and other site activities.
• Perform other duties as required to support the project and crew.
