Job summary

SRG is seeking an experienced Class 1 driver to haul pipe and materials for our pipeline crew on a project in Northern Alberta. You will load, secure, and transport pipe safely to job sites and lease roads, working with a safety-focused team.

The role offers camp housing, 14/7 shifts, and potential long-term opportunities with SRG. Valid Class 1 license and 5+ years' experience are required, along with drug/alcohol testing clearance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• 5+ years of Class 1 experience, including hauling pipe.
• Physically fit and able to work independently or in a crew.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy trucks safely and efficiently in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations
• Load, unload, and properly secure pipe and materials to prevent damage during transport
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues
• Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned vehicle
• Follow all SRG safety policies, procedures, and site requirements at all times
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• 5+ years of Class 1 experience, including hauling pipe
• Physically fit and comfortable working independently or as part of a crew
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test (including cannabis).
